Not good. All about the money now. They focus on very tiny details, while missing out on major points. It's sad that members of the community suffer, because the people running the organization, care only about the bottom line now.

Couple of months. There seems to always be a hold up with the fingerprints, background check or some misc. part, that makes the whole process long and drawn out. Would recommend having patience, if applying.

Interview process was informal, relaxed, and not stressful. The manager and another nurse from the unit along with the doctor and Director were present and were professional yet didn’t make me nervous at all.
