Not good. All about the money now. They focus on very tiny details, while missing out on major points. It's sad that members of the community suffer, because the people running the organization, care only about the bottom line now.
I find my supervisors to be very helpful and supportive. They makes sure you take time off and are very flexible.

The culture in the department I worked in was simply awful and it was the upper management that created this atmosphere. There was a trust issue at the highest levels and this affected the work place in a negative way. They have people working there and receiving pay checks who only show up to work about 1-2 days a week. My opinion is that a non for profit hospital should be spending that money to increase the level of care at the hospital and security at the hospital for staff and patients.
Very nice and clean and very professional

Tense, unfocused, worried more about the little things instead of the bigger picture.
