there is always something to do. there are many things to learn from how to wash and sanitize pans to becoming a supervisor. management tries to do a good job. most employees are friendly. the hardest part of the job is having a full staff on a daily basis. the most enjoyable part of the job is meeting the nursing home residents
Pros

Emergency Department Registered Nurse (Current Employee) –  Clifton Springs, NYJanuary 6, 2018
I enjoy working at Rochester Regional Health. I have not left and I am currently employed here. I have a wonderful manager in the ED. I have great co workers. I have been here for 10 years. I am currently just looking for something different in my professional career. I have enjoyed emergency nursing for ten years but I am ready to try something different.

Billing
Access Associate (Former Employee) –  Clifton Springs, NYDecember 1, 2017
I was hired to work in the billing department but was asked to fill in for secretaries. I was also paid at a secretary level, which was very unfair. I would not go back to this hospital. I miss my co-workers more than the hospital.

Good Place to Work
Senior Scheduler (Former Employee) –  Clifton Springs, NYJune 25, 2017
This is a good, well organized company with a competitive pay scale. There are many regional locations so finding something close to home is pretty easy. It's a good, steady, reliable place to work.

decent place. The health system is progressive. It likes to grow "their own nurses". However, there is lack of leadership in the smaller subsidiaries of the health system

Great place to work
Sonographer (Current Employee) –  Clifton Springs, NYOctober 12, 2016
I love working here, the people I work with are very nice and it makes the work day go by fast. The only bad part is I don't work very much since I am only per diem and would like more hours.
Pros
Co workers, atmosphere of the job
Cons
Would like to be full time
