Management doesn’t listen to any concerns, considering I worked at my location 2 years longer than the manager. No place to actually move up. I started as a busser became a host and eventually a server, when I asked to move up to a cocktail shift the management responded by hiring people off the street.

I love Rock Bottom I think they have the best chain food and I go there often. I think they will always be a great restaurant to eat at I just didn't want to be in the restaurant industry forever!
