Growing and evolving in great ways!

I have been in the multifamily industry for nearly 20 years. Rock Companies is by far one of the best management companies I have worked for. They actively solicit feedback from employees and team members and use that feedback to evolve company policies. They strive to improve company processes to add efficiency. As a developer of the properties they manage, they look to onsite staff to identify areas of improvement throughout the construction and development process. They are well established as an organization yet reorganizing and progressing to improve consistency throughout the company. There are many great training tools for new hires to help them be successful in their positions.

Can honestly say I like my job.

Good pay, pretty good benefits and as long as you do your job nobody breathes down your neck. Upper management seems to care about the little people. Can be over loaded with work and deadlines due to staff shortage but it's that way everywhere.

Most complete first internship I could've asked for.

A great welcoming group of people each and every day coming into work. Set schedule that differs each day to complete before the business day is done. Team meetings throughout the day stay active and utilize communication skills. Learned everything from management skills and ins and outs of the company as a whole, to organization skills and time management for my own work. Overall, the work environment treated me as their own, and now have unlocked not only a new skillset and experience, but new memories as well. Rock Companies is doing it right all around.

Talented Team working hard to make each location a Great Place to Live and Work!

Most Enjoyable part of the job - Working alongside a group of folks who work so well together. Everyone is willing to help each other reach common goals. No job or person is too big or too small.Together we have been able to streamline processes, onboard new communities, hire and promote team members, improve our communities' amenities, aesthetics, and resident experiences. Rock is a great place for folks who enjoy working hard, love what they do, love to help residents and their fellow team be successful and thrive.

This is solid company to work for and I enjoy working here!

I was thrilled to get this opportunity offered to me. I have always worked in finance and lending, so this has given me a well-rounded balance to my career goals. I would recommend Rock Companies to anyone who wants to thrive in their job. When I go home at night, I feel fulfilled and know that I've helped people find a temporary and sometimes a forever home.

One of the BEST places I have ever worked

This place is easily the best place to work. Everyone is so supportive and make you feel welcomed. I always feel like I can ask questions if need be. They treat their employees well and with fairness, and it is truly a team atmosphere!

Working with Rock Companies is a great experience. I get to meet many great people and the staff are very professional and efficient. Switching professions has been effortless and enjoyable here.

Great company

So far, so good! Nice team, Supportive management. Great place for the self motivated! The hardest part of the job is conducting business with background noise of others conducting business.

Welcoming and enjoyable environment with many opportunities to learn

Over the past few months I have been assisting in the management of several different projects. I've dealt with a variety of different tasks from site visits to marketing. This position has been very educational in all aspects. Rock companies has provided me with the resources needed to do my job correctly and thoroughly, as well as creating a welcoming and enjoyable work environment.

Great team across the board

No matter if you work at the main office or at one of the communities, we all work really hard and well together. I really like how approachable everyone is here in the company. We also get lunches once a month which is nice. But I would like to see better incentives and bonuses for leasing as well as the maintenance team. Keeping moral up is a must. I think doing more team building activities would be a benefit.

Work home life balance is good, most holidays off, overall decent pay, amazing atmosphere to work in.

Should be off Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, Better incentives.

Amazing company with a supportive work environment

The leadership team at Rock is incredibly supportive. They are very approachable and understanding, and provide support when needed. There are constant opportunities of growth with great management and coworkers.

Supportive Teams

rock has been a great place to work - my onsite team is always supportive and the home office team is always willing to help i've really enjoyed working here over the last 5 years and I am looking forward to more opportunities to grow with the company

Lively team with a great company culture.

I am in school for construction engineering and architecture, I get to experience all aspects of a building project from working with architect plans to the construction schedule. Very beneficial experience!

Productive and fun work environment with welcoming team members and positive culture

What a wonderful welcome! As a new employee I have had a positive onboarding and "new hire" experience. Both home office and site teams have gone above and beyond to ensure I've had the support and resources needed to acclimate to my position/the company and accomplish my work. Management is extremely responsive and helpful, and promotes a teamwork atmosphere. HR has been readily available to answer all my questions and department leads have been happy to assist with my new hire training. I am looking forward to my new role and working hard with this fun group of talented team members.

Stressful for maintenance

Revolving door for all staff completely unorganized all of the buildings leak rude residents but can’t blame them over priced the right staffing could really make the place worth living and working at

GREAT Place to Work

This is an amazing company to work for that offers opportunities for their team members. Opportunities for growth (learning new tasks, promotions, etc). The main office, from my experience, has a very positive, team-atmosphere.

Productive and inclusive work environment

Family oriented company that cares about their employees and residents. I liked that the company was smaller. You were communicating with upper management on a weekly basis. Customer service to residents was always a priority. Hard work is rewarded.

Productive work environment with an amazing team in the leasing office.

Everyday at Legends Winter Springs is a learning experience. The workplace culture is very diverse but unique. A typical day at work is easy for our office because even while being productive, we still have so much fun. I would say I speak for everyone when I say that right now, the hardest part of the job would be losing residents due to the market and rental increases. Most who are on a fixed income and cannot afford to continue living here. On the flipside, being able to help someone find the perfect fit home would be the most enjoyable part of the job.
