Excellent Leadership
Having worked many places over the years, I've experienced the full spectrum of leadership capabilities and styles, ranging from great, to down-right terrible. Of all my experiences, I can say without a doubt RES leadership is as good as anyone could ask for. If you've ever worked at a place where you felt leadership was constantly making poor decisions or refused to hear "your side of the story", this is probably a great place for you as that just doesn't seem to happen here. At RES You'll find open-door policies with most managers that truly listen to what you have to say and do their very best to accommodate employees, whatever their needs.

Management and co-workers are very friendly and easy to get along with. Management is very approachable with employees expressing opinions, ideas, and actually implementing them.

Overall The majority of People here make it an enjoyable place to work. There are freedom's & empowerment given to people to make decisions and directly impact there own work that isn't always allotted with larger companies. There are chances to improve and grow within your own skillsets if you choose to show the initiative .A somewhat seasonal & small workforce company where everyone wears multiple hats. The greatest challenge lies in keeping up with the fast pace and constant demand. This does also make it difficult to plan time off during that time. However overall they are very accommodating And understanding if something does arise personally or with family that requires you to have to leave for the day even if in season. The owner has stated and the belief is family first. The culture of the company has to the credit of upper management, been vastly improving and always looking for new ways to make it a place everyone enjoys coming into.

It is a great place to work, with the new team members within the last two years. With us being a seasonal company, during the cold months, we are very, very busy to supply our customers with good quality products.
