The most useful review selected by IndeedHaving a good recruiter definitely makes or breaks any contract. Rock medical is a fairly decent agency. I never really had any issues, besides compliance, paychecks being wrong etc. just get a good recruiter.

Horrible Company With Horrible Leaders
If you care about your self worth, doing the right thing, advancing in your career, and hold value in the integrity of your leaders, steer clear. The owners of this place are only in it for themselves. They will rob you of your self worth and money before you have a chance to set up your desk. Self centered, awful humans to work for. Save yourself the time and headache - there are so many staffing companies that will value you.

Most of the people are fun to work with if they last. Always worried about being let go if you had a bad week.Owners will say hi but not really have a care in the world about you.

Decent paying contracts iowa

The pay was decent but they don’t have your back when you are having issues at a facility. No traveling companies seem to. That’s why I’m going back to a direct hire. I know I’ll take a huge pay cut but it’ll be worth being home and not hours away.

Overall easy on boarding and good communication

I don't have any complaints currently. On boarding was quick, recruiter was efficient and kept in contact. Pay is good and facility is great. I'm pretty happy.

Poor Communication

Let go after going home sick. Waited five hours before getting relief. If your sick don't go to work just call in. If you go and have to leave you may lose your job . I've been a nurse for 18years and never experienced anything like this.

No communication, no recruiter support, they tried not to pay me, kept mixing everything up

Travel nursing at its Best
LPN Travel Nurse (Current Employee) - Omaha, NE - January 29, 2022
I absolutely love this company. Pay is excellent and my recruiter is always available. I am paid weekly and really enjoy being paid my worth. I would recommend to anyone who is ready to travel far or work local in their community.

I have nothing but good things to say about Rock Medical Group. I have been traveling with them for close to a year now. My hourly and stipend pay are both great and the two recruiters I have had have been incredibly responsive to anything I have asked.
