Great Place to work!!
Residential re-entry Monitor (Former Employee) –  Janesville, WIJuly 25, 2018
Would love to go back and work for this company, great co-workers and chain of command.. It has a great structure and everything has a way of doing it. The chain of command has your back if anything arises and you are in the right and followed procedures.
Pros
food while on shift, great staff and co-workers

Excellent Place to Work!
Varied positions through the years (Current Employee) –  Janesville, WiApril 17, 2018
RVCP is truly helping our clients transition and improve their lives. I love the collaboration, problem solving, and absolutely supportive environment. Working with this population can be stressful, but it is well worth it when you get to help people that society has shunned. The under served and unwanted in our community, they need compassion, understanding, and empathy.

RVCP is constantly trying to improve in any area it can. Trauma Informed Care and Evidence Based Practices are what the goals are. Employees get lots of paid time off, support, encouragement, and opportunities for advancement.

Stressful, yes. Worth it, yes.

I love being part of a company that wants to help those many in society would like to write off and ignore.
Pros
Supportive environment, flexibility, opportunities for growth and advancement.
Cons
Can be stressful at times. The clientele can be very challenging.

Horrible, what you see on the surface is not real.
Previous case manager (Former Employee) –  JanesvilleMarch 8, 2018
RVCP- RRP Directors all the way to Eggers are ran by nepotism. You will advance if you have a family member that works there. They gossip and back stab people terrible. They speak horribly about clients behind closed doors- this is supposed to be a treatment program. The DOC and FBOP needs to really look into the mens rea of the people in power. Harpers Directors are the very best people, the other programs could learn a few things from them.
Cons
Micro management, poor boundaries. Everbody is sleeping with eachother.
