It’s important to recharge so we are among a small group of companies that proudly offers three weeks of vacation for newly hired employees and up to five weeks of vacation for our employees who have a significantly lengthy tenure here. In addition, we provide six paid holidays per year, plus a winter shutdown in select facilities.

3 weeks in California, but if you try to use it you will be targeted for layoff or given a poor performance review for not being a “team player” because you won’t cancel your vacation to deal with continuous schedule crises created by completely incompetent managers.
3 weeks to start, 4 weeks at 15 years, 5 weeks at 20 years. They want you to put in at least 45 hours a week though, the extra 5 hours you work each week will make up for any vacation, sick time, or holidays that you get so I wouldn't include vacation as a benefit. I even know people that there manager made them go back and fill in vacation for any sick days they had and if they didn't they were going to get a very bad review and eventually lated off.
15 days vacation until you've been there 15 years. But no sick time or personal time. It comes out of your vacation time.
