Terrible. Incompetent, unsupportive management that loves endless meetings that accomplish nothing. Not a single manager qualified to work in an engineering organization or aerospace.
This depends where you work. Our work area is so compacted where other areas are much wider and not every station is fully equipped like they are suppose to be.
You have a better chance of getting jobs/promotions or what you want depending on who you are related to. Families that work there have a better chance of being recognized when it comes to other opportunities.
It's great. I always felt like they had a work hard play hard attitude. Alot was expected but we all were taken care of. It really is a great company.
