I will give Rocky Mountain the credit of having beautiful homes and great residents. That's about all that is good about this company though.

Pay is usually between $11-$15 an hour. Benefits include medical, dental and vision. There is also some PTO. No 401k.

The cons of working for Rocky Mountain Assisted Living greatly outweigh the pros. Management leadership skills are weak and often times people are not properly trained nor do they enter with the proper knowledge needed to work with the geriatric population.
