Overall it is a great company to work for. They have systems in place that make it easy navigating through a large company and their HR department.
Direct supervisors and support staff need Management training in my opinion. Rarely, will you be encouraged or thanked for doing a job well done. Most communication with direct support supervisors are condescending

*Management in Executive leadership is phenomenal

*Workplace culture is to work very hard and very fast through well built processes

*Hard part of job sometimes having unnecessary travel

*Most enjoyable part is bond with teammates.
