Depends if you are in the offices or a technician. I believe technicians would be tested randomly with the equipment they use daily especially if an accident occurs at any point.

A company wide email was sent in regards to random drug testing after something occurred within the office in Alpharetta stating random drug testing will be starting. I don’t believe they followed through with that plan. Either the email was a scare tactic because it stated about 30 employees would be tested randomly monthly and I don’t believe that has occurred once.

A raise, what's that? Performance review, what are you talking about. Pay starts off good but it never goes up. Even though the boss keeps making more and more each year. Maybe a free sweatshirt.

Rogers builds a family bond inside you and you want to be a part of it. Sometimes they don't always let you know that and sometimes you feel as if you are all on your own but then something or someone brings you quickly back into the fold letting you know you are family. The Company is great. It has a bright and shiny image and it will stick to it if you do but it's very easy to go astray and not follow company policy but believe me, policy is in place for you, not to go against you. It may seem crazy to follo6all the safety protocols and guidelines but listen, you get paid hourly and nobody is yelling at you to finish fast. You place yourself and get to go home safely and hug the kids at night. That's family loo6out for you. That's Rogers
