Worked for Rogers group for 3 years, loved working for them in their underground rock mines. Safety is top notch and will not tolerate unsafe work. But management will tell you what you want to hear and then stab you in the back. For example, worked three year’s safely and then when it came time to get a pay bump they gave everyone their bump then also raged the starting wage, but didn’t bother to make sure they’re seasoned employees were being compensated over the starting pay.

What is the best part of working at the company?It’s a circus. Full of people that will say one thing but do another to make them look better. What is the best part of working at the company?I liked being able to operator equipment, however each individual equipment must be tasked trained on and leadership doesn't see that it is accomplished What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Switching employees around and upper leadership not enforcing policies and procedures when employees were moved to another location What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Unorganized, and certain individuals do not get reprimanded for actions. Instead the newer employees get blamed instead of proper corrections being madeWhat is a typical day like for you at the company?Most of the time not bad , but if you try to help improve situation then you get moved around the help fix other people lack of maintenance on equipment and plants.
