Take employees advice. Always make sure adequately staffed, unsafely staffed when 1:1 present, when not enough staff on units for more than one 1:1 they have one staff to two patients. Leave the nurse to manage everything to themselves and puts their only tech on the 1:1. In professionalism in some of the ways house supervisors and managers treat their entry level staff. Stop harassment and bullying between staff it does have an affect on patients and their treatments and how they see staff and hinders their treatment progress. CEO could check on the units personally and watch how staff is with staff and how some treat their patients. They need to reevaluate some staff and realize they need to be removed because of attitudes towards staff and patients being poor and unprofessional.
