The job environment wasn't too bad, though stressful as these jobs are. On the job I was injured and didn't realize it until the day after due to being unable to move from a strain on my neck. I went in that day and informed them, telling them that I couldn't work that day due to the pain. They got me into physical therapy and seeing as I was on call, - more...

I love working here! But there is a culture that could use improvement from the top down. Everyone is so busy that they don't listen to the employees on the front line. Training is minimal for front line staff, although directors get a ton of training. It's just that they don't pass it on to those who are affected.
