Good salary for which you pay with your soul
Project Manager (Former Employee) - Frankford, DE - December 9, 2021
Well-paid job (even if slightly below industry benchmark), great exposure to top management Behind shiney slides a dog-eat-dog culture with bad people management. Recognition is little available, promotions and individual progress strongly dependent on mentor (no transparency given)
Pros
Well-paid, interesting tasks, travel
Cons
Poor management qualities, no team culture, rat race

Good place for quick advancement, but not great growth in terms of company
Senior Consultant (Former Employee) - Chicago, IL - October 6, 2021
If you just want quick advancement up the ranks, irrelevant of project topics or expertise, this is a great place. However, the organization does not really support participating and learning from different areas.
Pros
Not bad salary, tight team
Cons
Bad management

Great benefits, very hierarchical and political
Anonymous (Former Employee) - Anonymous - February 21, 2017
- Some employees are clearly valued more than others - this was very clear when it came to services vs. consultants.
- They are trying so hard to do well for their employees and in their industry but they are lying to themselves about their intentions, so they go in this terrible circle year after year.
- Benefits were great
- Work life balance is great if you are a low-valued employee, terrible if you are highly valued. I've seen people leave for medical leaves due to stress or it simply being their only way out.
- No one trusts anyone
Pros
Free lunches, great travel perks
Cons
Work culture, high stress, long hours

Smart people, but almost no training
Junior Consultant (Current Employee) - Chicago, IL - February 16, 2017
Fantastic company with brilliant people, but somewhat lacking in terms of training opportunities. Work-life balance is the other issue, though management seems to be attempting to work on that. Overall, great company, but you should walk in the door with most of the skills you need.

Challenging though egotistical environment
The company is based on status entirely. The environment was toxic and a matter of pushing egos and intimidating employees.
