Great company, very flexible. Company is growing faster than they can keep up and I believe the overall persona that I hired into changed. However, I left for personal reasons not related to this. Was a great company and would highly recommend

After over a year on staff at Rolls, I can honestly say this was a great decision. The Rolls family promotes and practices the concept of treating their people like people, not a commodity to be used up and then replaced. I have often heard them say they want to hire people and have them stay to retirement. They are more than fair and quite frequently generous. The primary push at this company is doing what's right for the client not get it done as fast as possible. Reputation is everything in this business and they strive to have a good one. There is a real team/family attitude around here. You get in a bind and call for advice or help you never hear "figure it out" or "just get it done". If you're fortunate enough to land a position in this organization, you will love it.

Never worked at a company that is more flexible and easy going than here- they're happy to help with things come up on a job or at home. They're compassionate and practice what they preach- family, trust, workmanship.

The contracting business is not easy. It can be stressful with deadlines and meeting expectations. The Rolls family has built a team of highly skilled people with common mindset that we work to be the best. It feels good to be part of an organization whose sole priority is to be the best. That translates into high wages, great training, flexible schedules, proper resources, and a work culture that encourages all of us to be our best and do things the right way. The people they have on staff are savants with regard to their respective disciplines. I have bounced around this industry and have worked for numerous contractors and have a great sense of what to expect from an employer in this line work, the Rolls family has crushed those expectations. You rrally feel like you are part of something special here. The sky is the limit.

Working at Rolls Mechanical is challenging and fun, you are given the resources you need to succeed. They are a big promoter of training so you can not only advance but become a better asset to them. I have never worked for a company that tries so hard to accommodate a work/life balance, the Rolls family treats you as their family. Given the field we are in it can present challenges but the team is always available for guidance and help. The service manager will make it a point to come out and help as well when difficult issues arise, which is a rare commodity in most service departments in my experience. It is a great place to work!
