Excellent and trust worthy Management

Days were challenging, however most charge RNs promoted team work and demonstrated ethical leadership using good and honest judgement. I learned fast problem solving and multitasking skills. The team used honest feedback and training processes to sharpen tech skills. There was a lot of pressure and hostility at times, however management and charge nurses - more... handled it well.

I worked PRN so my pay and benefits differed from others. I did love the flexibility in freedom of choice in my schedule.

Very professional management, assertive feedback with the intentions to help you grow and prospe ... - less
ProsGreat Training, great management, great leadership
Consno lunch on very busy days, bullying, patient overflow (not enough rooms for the amount of patients.)
