Look to your sister Healthcare organization- Atrium for improvements. Your practice structures, leadership and training are inefficient therefore not cost effective. You hire too many employees thinking it’ll equal better performance that’s just not the answer.

I interviewed for a nurse position.

I first received a call from HR, who asked me questions about my application, experience, and some situational questions. This took about 20 minutes on the phone.

Next, I met with the director in person, who told me about the position and asked if I had any questions. This interview was about 5 minutes and did not include behavioral/situational questions.

Finally, I had a peer interview with two of their nurses. This interview included past experience and behavioral/situational questions. The interview took about 30 minutes
