Value my employees and speak to them as people. I would respect each of my team members and give them the opportunity to succeed. I would not create an atmosphere that focused on trying to find what someone is doing wrong. Instead, I would use every opportunity as a teachable moment.

At Roscoe we strive to lead the way with a very competitive benefit package. Our healthcare insurance options are three tiered so you can pick the best option for you and your family. What's more, they become effective the month after you begin employment here with us. For example, if you were to start employment with us on October 31st, you would have access to your healthcare coverage the very next day of November 1st. In addition, 401k investment is offered after 90 days of employment with several contribution options.

Horrible.. Roscoe will hire anyone.. literally. They post signs outside their properties that say "NOW HIRING" desperate much? So tacky! They put people at corporate in positions they have no experience with, and there is no support, and the training is awful. Watch out for the head trainer in the training department - if you catch her on the wrong day it is not pretty. She teaches her training classes like you are in fourth grade, and if you are 1-minute late she will put you in time out.
