Young Management
Written by NUCLEAR MEDICINE TECHNOLOGIST (Current Employee) from Denver, CO on March 23, 2019
Work is either busy or slow depending on how scheduling decides to line up your day. Management is young for the most part, this can be good but also bad. For the bad, it means they don't have much experience as leaders and can lead to micromanaging or not managing effectively. Good because they can be more relatable.
Pros
new massage chairs available on a schedule (free)
Cons
expensive benefits depending on level

Great place to work. Love my coworkers. Sometimes it can feel a bit clicky when you first start. Management is very corporate. Although it seems that management that has been there for several years are moving on, so hope to see some positive changes.
