For mill production positions from the time setting up an interview to starting can last anywhere from 1-2 months. The reason for this are for different variables:
- Orientations are done with a group of new hires
- Orientations are completed only once or twice a month
- Applicants must give at least a two week notice at times to current employers
- Completion of background check, physical, drug screen, and reference checks

If you ever are in any doubt, call the HR employee that you've been going through the process with and they'll have an estimated start date.
