Balance without Advancement
Written by Marketing (Former Employee) from Arlington, VA on May 9, 2018
High level of autonomy in your job - to a fault?
Tons of management turnover means the company has constant personality crisis - who does it want to be? Focus changes yearly, if not quarterly.

Good people jumping ship and the rest being let go. Women are not advanced in the company.

Needs stability, a good strategy, and management who understands - more... the business and the people working there. - less
ProsWork/life balance, autonomy
ConsConstant fear of RIFs, Lack of female leadership, No corporate focus/strategy
