Senior Accountant in Chandler, AZ

I enjoy working at Rosette Law because the staff and attorneys are great and my days are packed with plenty of challenge. There is always something new to figure out and there is a lot of opportunities to work independently without having someone micromanage your tasks. If you enjoy creating your own processes and are a self-starter and dedicated to positive change, apply here.
Associate Attorney in Chandler, AZ

The job strikes a great balance between challenging and rewarding. The partners demonstrate confidence in all the attorneys and staff, and support opportunities for career development. Attorneys are encouraged to seek out specific projects of interest or strengthen skills in a particular area of law. The partners appreciate variety in skills and personalities, and the firm successfully maximizes each individual’s strength through project placement and client development. The firm’s client base is one of the best parts of the job. Our clients are friendly and express sincere gratitude for the services we provide. It is rare for a business to be successful when serving a client base of historically limited resources. The firm does an impressive job giving back to the community through sponsorships and donated or reduced billing. The minimum monthly billing requirement is manageable and reasonably attainable. As attorneys we sometimes need to be flexible to meet filing or other deadlines but that is true of the profession regardless of where you work. If you thrive in an environment where demands are put on your evenings and weekends, there is always the opportunity to ask for and take on more work. But the firm leaves that to your own ambition and it is appreciated but not expected.

I no longer work at Rosette. Leaving was one of the most difficult work decisions I’ve made. I loved working here, the people are amazing, compensation and benefits are great. The only reason I left was the long commute. If I lived closer, I would have stayed forever!

This is a great place for a motivated person to work. Being a self starter has helped me achieve my goals and feel accomplished. When I ask for guidance and direction, I feel supported.

I loved the work and my co-workers. However, the company's structure is extremely top heavy. Staff doesn't stay long - either they are driven out or are "let go" for no reason whatsoever. The founding partner lets three "partners" abuse the staff and create a hostile work environment. I am only one in a long line of persons who were driven to quit or were let go.
