What are people saying about the leadership at ROSEWOOD REHABILITATION AND NURSING CENTER?

3.0
the corporations goal is money, not the resident health or satisfaction
Written by Nursing Supervisor (Former Employee) from Rensselaer, NY on July 25, 2018
Working short staff is acceptable to management and when workers become injured or sick, they tell them to come to work or they will fire them. Management walks through the building, as if they care but can't lift a finger to help a resident who dropped her call bell.
Pros
coworkers
Cons
forced on money verses the people
