Good place to work if you like outdoor environment
Line Service Technician (Former Employee) –  Anchorage, AKMarch 28, 2019
Not a career job but good place to gain experience. You probably have to wait 20 years or so before you can get a salary position. Changing ownership also play important part of this FBO. For last 15 years, there were 5 owners and 4 name changes. That’s like average of 1 owner every 3 years. Therefore, it could be bought by new ownership soon.
Pros
40 hours sick pay a year is nice
Cons
Sometimes you feel unappreciated

Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Anchorage, AKMay 23, 2018
Wish the management would be better. Inconsistent schedule. Managers dont really care if a schedule works for you or not. Scheduled people to work closing and opening only giving a rest time of 6-7hrs. When there's a mistake they just let it slide with no punishment so no know takes the job serious.
Pros
Great customer service experience and interacting with customers is nice.
Cons
No breaks, work 8hr shift straight.

Lead Technician (Former Employee) –  Anchorage, AKSeptember 25, 2017
management plays favorites and there is no room for advancement after you make lead position you will be stuck in that position until the ops manager decides that he wants another new employee to advance.. Even if you have been successful in your position if the manager thinks he wants a new face as a lead he will replace you.. Go figure. (Anchorage branch)
Pros
fun coworkers and good team

Excellent employer
General Manager (Current Employee) –  Midland, TXJuly 30, 2015
Great company allows its managers to manage. Left manager alone to drive EBITDA and handle all local issues. Very receptive to capital requests.
Pros
Relies on its managers to manage and make money.
Cons
Will sell the business without blinking if its a lucrative opportunity.
