Lead Technician (Former Employee) –  Anchorage, AKSeptember 25, 2017
management plays favorites and there is no room for advancement after you make lead position you will be stuck in that position until the ops manager decides that he wants another new employee to advance.. Even if you have been successful in your position if the manager thinks he wants a new face as a lead he will replace you.. Go figure. (Anchorage branch)

Ross Aviation was a wonderful place to work! Everyone there is so friendly and it was a great environment. Management is always available to talk to about any issues and very helpful. I enjoyed my time at Ross!
