Do you have to bring a resume to you interview? Are the interview questions hard?

14 answers

  • For an associate, you don’t need a resume. Anything they need to know about your work history, etc, will be on your application, which the manager who hired me admits he didn’t even read. Walk swiftly, be energetic, and friendly, this job is all about speed. The interview is quick, they decide if they are going to hire you within minutes of meeting you, probably because while they are interviewing you, their other work is piling up. Iron your clothes and smile.

  • Don't bring a resume. The managers are hillbillies and they won't know what a resume is.

  • It , would be a benefit to bring a resume along; you have a better chance of getting hired.(yes) No, not at all, just common sense questions. (No not hard at all)

  • Only speaking from my point of view, any job you interview for you should always bring a printed nice neat clean copy of your resume with you. The questions are usually geared towards what are you looking for what do you see yourself doing in the future your availability and if you have school prior commitments scheduling conflicts Etc

  • For a sales associate, you don’t need a resume. All that information is on your application and you take a test too to see if your personality/temperament is a good match for the company. If you have retail experience; the interview is easy. My interview was mostly about my availability and why I picked Ross (cause it seems like a great company, of course!). It took less than 10 minutes. Just dress nice and be friendly-smile a lot!
