It is truly dependent on the store management and district management. It varies from store to store and district to district.
Management throughout the different locations are usually awful.
I was once called over the store intercom and screamed at in the office after voicing concerns about the management leading the stock team. Was told by complaining I was causing an uproar. Instead of admitting that the issues with management were store-wide and chose to blame the only person willing to speak up.
Privately and nicely
Depending on the severity, it might sometimes be in the office, behind a closed door with a witness, or just quietly pull them aside, on the sales floor.
Ross infrequently provides feedback through written reports. Quality of feedback is highly dependent on who provides the feedback and can be biased.
"True Cards" are compliments and acknowledgments on things employees have done well. At random during your shift, the MOD will touch base on your current work speed and effeciency.
There is no feedback
