How long does it take to get hired from start to finish at Ross Dress For Less? What are the steps along the way?

I am a Supervisor and I got hired about 2 months ago the hiring process was fairly fast I got hired within 4 days cause I had to do a interview with the store and district manager then I got on the schedule about 2 days after background came back almost next day but if your a associate it’s even faster cause you don’t need 2 interviews

It took me two to three week to get hired.

I applied however could not get in touch with the manager after being contacted for an interview.

I applied for Area Supervisor, was unqualified. Applied again a few months later and got a call for an interview within 3 hours of submitting my application. Great interview, hired on the spot as a Front End Supervisor. Took about a week and a half for the background check and another week to be put on the schedule.

It took me about a month from interview to first day on the job. The interview process is fast, but the background check for some reason takes a long time. Their system is not very reliable. I had to go talk to managers a few times in person because submitting forms online would not work.

I filled out an application on Sunday got an interview on Monday and was hired in ten minutes. Had to buy some new clothes for their dress code. I worked my butt off for a month and was fired. I had a bad cold and was on cold meds and they not only accused me of drinking in the job, but after offering me counseling (that I didn't need) they called me in to say of wait, you're fired because that's against company policy.
