They're slow. At holidays they will call you. OUT of nowhere, come to work today at 6:00 PM. Not a lot of notice.

It took about 1 1/2 weeks. I applied, got emailed for an interview the next day. Went for interview day after that. Background check took a while but there was a weekend in there. Then online orientation from home. Once finished with that your manager should call to verify more paperwork and give you your start date. I expedited the last part by going in the store with all my paperwork ready instead of waiting for them to call me.

Took a month for a response. Then had my interview. Two weeks later finally filled out all the online stuff. Today I had orientation. I would say a couple of weeks after my interview, I finally got hired.

I Got A Call Back For An Interview A Couple Weeks After Applying, I Applied Maybe 3 Times Back To Back. Interview Questions Are More Aimed Twards YOU As A Person, Seems Like They Are Willing To Give U A Job If U Show U Want It ( Lots Of People Stay For A Short Period Of Time Due To Starting Out Part Time/School ... ) A Week Later Came In For Orientation & Asked To Show Up In Uniform (Any Shade Blue Top, Solid Black Pants & Shoes). Recieved Info. Packets, Signed A Few Papers & Watched Training Videos, Easy Questions. Got A Tour Of The Store & Met An Associate iN Every Area Of The Store. 2 Days Later I Got A Call, Next Following Week I Start A Training Shift

First there is a temporary company named DSMI. They are a direct hire through Ross. Sometime, it depends on how hard of a worker are you. three month is the time limit or longer.
