They can. Most employees have an option for raises at their annual review.

When do you get raise
Asked July 1, 2022
They did meetings with us in June to talk about your performance and tell you how much your raise will be.
Answered July 1, 2022
Yes and depends on time there-they say your reviews contribute to your raise but honestly it doesn’t. You can do an outstanding job but already make too much (according to Ross) so your raise is barely anything. On the flip side of that, I’ve had less than par associates with below expectations reviews get a substantial raise because they were below average on pay… either way, not fair

All retail associates get a raise yrly based off a percent in June and all management gets a yrly raise in the end of March based off your metrics and performance also in a percentage base.

How often are raises?
Asked August 13, 2017
Very very rare
Answered August 13, 2017
It takes about 4-5 years to become a supervisor. That is a 50 cent raise plus twice the responsibility as an associate, so they do not last long, as other reviewers have mentioned. That only happens if you are one of the manager's favorites, and the chances are, you won't be.
Answered July 15, 2017
Generally after your first year. An annual review is held where they discuss weaknesses and strengths, followed by a show of your raise.
