When the store hires within for managers it is based on bias not on work or who is more quilified
They would hire a warm body to meet the criteria for associate hires.
They asked me to do a background check by doing a small survey that they provide, and then they call me to set up a time for an interview. After the interview, they gave me a training that is first provided on their computers for the rules and regulations provided for the store. I they call you for a third time, it is for an orientation and training for the job and then the next time, I am hired for the job.
