All employees get an employee discount at Ross and dd’s, and can use the Employee Assistance Program. There are certain double discount days.
I noticed they have more “holidays” than some similar companies, so you get time and a half pay for those holidays if you’re hourly. Nursing mothers returning to work also get a private room and extra break time to use their breast pump. They are a progressive company and care about their employees’ well being better than most retail.
