Each employee gets ATO they accrue this time each month depending on years of service this is vacation, sick and personal time all together. They follow FMLA as required by law.

Zero. Although, you have to split shifts between yourself and your Assistant Director of Admissions. So if you call in there is no one to cover the opposite shift and getting a corporate person to come and help is a joke. They come and sit in a room with the door shut. Mostly because your regional has no idea how to do your job even though they are your superior.
