You will NOT be paid what your worth, like at a hospital, $10-$15 less per/hr. but you will do 4 times more work. Average amount of pts. you could see per day 45-60. The only benefit working for Rothman is no wknds, call, OT, holidays or call required other then that it's just a sweat factory and you will get very little respect unless your from south philly.

No, you do not have to be a medical assistant to work here. The Rothman Institute also hires staff for front desk, surgery scheduling, and call center.
