7 hours , 1 hour lunch break if you get one. Most of the time your stuck on the phones with angry patients even during lunch and they don’t compensate you for that. It is probably best to not answer any calls from 11:55-12:00 because you will lose your lunch. Same goes for 4:25-4:30 because you will be stuck after work hours and not getting paid for it because their cheap.
