Thank you for your feedback and we're sorry to hear you did not have a better experience with Rottler. We do not have a set pay raise schedule because our pay increases are performance-based. We have technicians who receive several pay raises in a given year because they are exceeding expectations. One of Rottler's intentions with growing the company is to provide more opportunities for team members to earn more, so if there is a focus on growth it is to provide a better place to work with greater pay for our team members.
Thank you for your feedback! Dull work days are hard to come by at Rottler and we do have a great bunch that works hard and knows how to have fun. As far as the weather, it's true our team members in the field get to enjoy the great days to be outdoors, but also work in not-so-great weather because they work all year round.
