Leadership would benefit by not self inflating their status in the office. They need to keep in mind that they have been off of the phones for years, and that 80 percent of what they demand out of their employees looks better on paper than in reality. They need to listen, stop picking favorites and offer better reward for agents who work day in / out to make their end of year bonus check even larger. These leaders have been hand selected in a way that shows floor agents that favoritism is highly executed in the new leader decision making process. Some of these leaders do not have any direct experience with call floor operations, and do not follow through on work environment safety. There are also supervisors who pick and choose who they will groom for success, and whom they will leave behind and have fired.
