Hours do vary, some of the contact centers are open 24/7 (with exception to some national holidays). This employer uses a "shift bid" system by which you submit which available schedule options you would like during a bid, and a secondary scheduling desk selects which of the options that you will receive (based on floor stats, success and employee ranking among other co workers in your department). Typically shifts range from early am (4 am start) 7 am start 12 pm start 1 pm start, and run for eight hours to fulfill a FT schedule as offered.

Bad. They expect you to work 24/7 with no overtime pay and when you need a day from them they discount it from you. They overwork people and have no respect for life-work balance.
