The office was a fun place to work. Sometimes you run into people who don’t want to work. Benefits are bad. Pay is ok. Production team is what you expect them to be

You never know when your getting off. Countless times I’d go in at 5am and wouldn’t leave until 8pm or 9pm. They take advantage of you. They don’t care about your personal life. They expect you to work 14 or 15 hours a day most times more. They show favoritism. They are always short handed they push the good ones away and keep the lazy ones. I worked there a total of 2 years and all you every hear is “give it time, it’ll get better” management is trash. Other than RD. Oh and to many chiefs not enough Indians. You literally have like 5 or 6 bosses. You can never do enough. You drop 5 tanks they’ll say you should’ve dropped 6. You make 8 batches they’ll say you should’ve made 10.

It’s a pretty average place to work and the pay is a little low but the people make it bearable. LOTS of overtime if you want it and sometimes even if you don’t.

Learn as you go. Great Pay, great leaders. The environment is ehhh but its a factory job and alot better than majority of the jobs in the area. The most enjoyable part is having a 45 minute lunch

I loved working here up until I got laid off without any warning. Went to work one morning and was told my position was eliminated. They use you until they don't need you anymore. Staff is overworked.

Interview Questions

They want to know basically what kind of person you are, they ask what you’re good at, why you chose the place, how you heard about it, and some questions to just break the ice such as “what hobbies do you have”, nothing to worry about it’s quite a laid back place

Shared on August 3, 2022

They asked if I could read directions and follow them in a timely manner.
