If people only knew what it's like they would not shop at Royal farms. I don't care what district you are in Royal farms is about one thing and one thing only ( LABOR ) they force stores to run at such a low labor rate most of the employees are burnt out before the shift is over. Two maybe three employees on a shift if that. My store is on its third district manager and sixth store manager in under two years. This company does not care about you or the community it's all about how much labor they can cut and how much money they can charge you for chicken.

A dead end, yes their building more stores. However, they'll all end up the same. Dirty, bad food, roaches, mold, mildew. So much more. It's disgusting!!!

I think Royal Farms will flourish in the future. My store stays very busy, even with other gas station/convenience stores around.

Company has a hire turnover with managers and district managers, because they don't take care of the people. They cut everyone's hours and don't offer good benefits. If they continue like this they will sink real quick
