Room for improvement
Most of the staff are enjoyable to work with. There is great opportunity for education. There is a great mix of the employees who work hard, and at the same time there are employees who only care about their time in the building. High turn over rate in important roles, a lot of empty space between turn overs. Lack of communication. Fear of retaliation.
