Royal Prestige is a great sales company in which any representative can advance further in this career as your volume of sales help you get to the next level or position desired as a self employed member.,Royal Prestige also has a growth program which allows you to build your own team. A typical day working in this company is very important to show the product as many times possible, during the day a sales rep can use different programs to work, such as door knocking or telemarketing to confirm appointments with customers. The management of the company is run by meetings every month with the territory, also a every member of a team has sponsor that guides you every week to teach sales techniques. The co-workers are very supportive with each other as we learned from others too, coworkers also can belong to the same office or team, the best part of the business is that everyone carries a positive attitude to help them progress among each other but to incentive newcomers. The hardest part of the job also happens to be the most enjoyable which is recruiting new comers because you will have to invest time money and patience to teach a whole business to a new person that has no experience. Despite being hardest part is very enjoyable because you can grow a lot as a person financially but also mentally and achieve goals of a strong sales team and helping others start a new carer.
Pros
Very high commission payment systems
Cons
strictly fieldwork only
