Music Teacher (Current Employee) – Royal City, WA – January 4, 2018
A typical day at work is fun and focused. What I learned from this job is to be patient and enjoy the music being made. The most enjoyable part of the job is seeing students' faces light with joy and happiness when they get something done right.
Mondays were started with sales meeting over GoToMeeting.com in which sales associates would advise of previous weeks sales details. After the meeting, required weekly paperwork was to be submitted including purchases, expenses and sales report. From there each individual sales consultant would meet with branch manager to verify if outstanding rental tickets need to be collected or other required actions were needed. Sales consultant would spend the rest of the day planning their week by verifying rig locations and driving directions or contacting rig supervisors about sales meeting availability. The rest of the week was spent following through with planned sales routes and meeting unless requested by management to handle other obligations.

HHA (Former Employee) – Bronx, NY – November 8, 2017
Although i left the state and left the job, it was a good experience some of the workers were professional and understanding. While others were rude at times. They were understanding of certain situations, i do wish to go back to work to that company being that i worked there for about two years. If given a chance to come back to work with the agency again i would definitely go back. Some days you will have good days and some bad days but it’s the effort you put out. I would definitely recommend this agency to anyone.
Director (Current Employee) – Wayland, MA – October 1, 2017
Although Most of the staff is Good, I see the pressure in their faces as well as mine. Staff is too busy to help each other out,
The residents are very advanced and require a lot of help, although it's a small facility many of the residents require a one on one person. It's difficult to conduct activities due to the constant interruptions and lack of support. A majority of the residents have mental health issues or do not speak English.
The Property itself is very run down, although bought out buy Royal this past year, the Royal company has not invested much in improvements. There is talk about major renovations but I don't see this happening soon.
Great company to learn the basics of Senior Living
Cash Management Specialist (Former Employee) – Lombard, IL – September 19, 2017
Once given direction, you work independently to achieve goals and complete tasks. Management is wiling to help and showed appreciation for extra efforts during system changes. Though it is a large company, advancement can be limited. Family owned so there were many changes in upper management and policies. Employees formed a great team and welcomed new members.
Do it all (Current Employee) – Brooklyn, NY – March 17, 2017
Mostly Jewish,Hispanic, Asian. Pay isn't that great the Jewish staff gets paid the highest. Unprofessional. Tempers, foul language, and narcotics. Boss comes in coked up or whatever other drugs he Does. If you are a people pleaser, you will get walked on with added responsibility without extra $$. 1/2 hr lunch break for SOME staff, some favoritism on nationalities call for longer lunch breaks. The health insurance isn't that good either and is not covered 100%.
