Upper management enjoys all the benefits like work/life balance, very high pay, come and go when they please BUT beware these rules don’t apply to anyone else! Only the inner circle. For the remaining 90% workers the expectation is working 24/7, taking vacations frowned upon, must always follow your boss’s rules.
