You apply online/contact a recruiter who posted a job you are interested in learning more about. You have an initial phone call with the recruiter to get information about the job you are specifically inquiring about. If that goes well then they ask you for work references who they interview and you fill out a job assessment of skills. From there they will talk to the hiring company and would send your CV and RPh on the Go documents. If they like what they see then you will be set up for an interview with the company (mine so far have been by phone). Then you find out if you got hired or not and turn around time to get all your paperwork, drug screening, fingerprints, etc can be as little as a week from the day you get hired to the day you start at the hospital (or pharmacy).
