Concept is outdated and unable to adapt to a fast changing environment , positive results are low and customer satisfaction is almost zero. Management encourages to lie and deceive customers, renewal rate is around 5% and it is almost impossible to keep a book of business. Management tells you how much money you can make but nobody goes with you to - more ... the field and actually show you how to do it in the real world. - less
