Thanks for your question! A Regional Sales Manager will grow and manage a team of Sales Reps in a specific territory. The management position requires mentoring and coaching, and except for an initial training period, it will not involve direct outside sales. The Sales Rep position is outside sales in an energetic, one call close environment.

RTN has a nationwide network of grocery store chains and small box retailers that allows us to place full color print advertising for small businesses directly on their cash register receipts at those retail partners. Essentially we are placing a small business owner's advertising directly in the hands of 5,000 to 15,000 local shoppers every week.
